We concentrate in comprehensive estate planning which encompasses, but is not limited to: Wills; Pour-Over Wills; Trusts (revocable and irrevocable); Powers of Attorney for Management of Finances, Personal Affairs, and Digital Assets; Powers of Attorney for Health Matters including Advance Directives (Living Wills); as well as preparation of other documents needed to re-title assets for probate avoidance and asset preservation. Additionally, we may recommend the creation of corporations and limited liability companies to shield individuals from personal liability against irresponsible creditors and predators.
